The Rolodex that was worth more than billions
When David Rockefeller passed away in 2017, one of his most prized possessions wasn't a painting, a property, or a stock portfolio — it was his Rolodex. Over the course of his life, Rockefeller meticulously maintained a system of over 100,000 cards, each filled with handwritten notes about the people he met: their interests, family details, and the context of every interaction. He credited this discipline as one of the most important habits behind his success. His Rolodex wasn't just a contact list — it was the engine of his influence. The lesson is clear: your relationships are your most valuable asset, and the people who invest in maintaining them always come out ahead.
Why we built Bondery
Most of us now have hundreds of contacts scattered across platforms, yet we still forget birthdays, lose track of important conversations, and let valuable connections fade away. We built Bondery because we believe everyone deserves a modern version of Rockefeller's Rolodex — a single place to nurture every relationship in your life.
What is Bondery?
Bondery is an open-source Personal Relationship Manager (PRM). Think of it as a CRM, but for your personal life. It helps you:
- Know your people deeply — Notes, tags, and context so every conversation feels personal.
- Be the friend who always remembers — Birthdays, anniversaries, and the little details that matter.
- Never let a connection quietly fade — Reminders and interaction logs keep you in touch.
- Your network, already waiting — Import from LinkedIn, Instagram, vCards, and more.
Open source, always
We believe relationship tools should respect your privacy. That's why Bondery is fully open-source — you can inspect every line of code, self-host it, or contribute to make it better.

What's next?
This is just the beginning. We're working on exciting features including a mobile app, voice notes input, MCP integration, and more.

The best time to invest in your relationships was yesterday. The second best time is today.
We hope Bondery helps you build bonds that last forever.
